I think it seriously depends upon the Dr it self cuz I have friends and family that visit another pain dr plus they cant smoke cannabis in any respect. I can see why the dr would be careful even though cuz it continues to be unlawful with a federal amount and that he's that get there professional medical license. But I do not see why if its inside
